НОРМАтивная АКЦИЯ

Проект «НОРМАтивная АКЦИЯ» зародился в январе 2021 года. Общаясь с разными музыкантами, с которыми хотел сделать этот проект, я пришел к выводу, что каждый из них, говоря о музыке и мировоззрении, опирается на свои внутренние сформировавшиеся нормы. Часто приходилось слышать абсолютно полярные убеждения, но они непременно дополнялись словами «для меня это нормально». В работе над альбомом каждый из музыкантов желал поделиться своими убеждениями, что сравнимо с сутью той или иной акции.

В период работы над альбомом на меня сильно повлиял роман Владимира Сорокина «НОРМА». Восхитительно, как разные вкусы и убеждения могут находить общность в музыке, я убежден, что именно в случае таких коллабораций возможно рождение чего-то нового в наше время, но, конечно же, бывают исключения.

Альбом состоит из трех частей: первая – это единая история, где один образ плавно перетекает в другой, начиная с медитативного погружения и заканчивая чем-то в духе фри-рока. Во второй части альбома все участники взаимодействуют с миром Владимира Мартынова и Сергея Летова. В этой части есть композиция под названием «НОРМАтивная АКЦИЯ». Она была записана с идеей полного отсутствия того или иного художественного концепта, по сути это был джем-сейшн. В нём чувствовалось, что все вышли из привычных рамок, чтобы отпустить себя в свободное творчество. Третья часть альбома записывалась после нескольких сыгранных концертов тем же составом. К нам присоединился пианист и композитор Алексей Наджаров. Я помню день этой записи, и своё состояние: вскрылись все мои переживания, тяжёлые воспоминания, связанные с этим периодом. После записи мне стало намного легче, эта работа оказала терапевтическое действие, в чём мне видится одно из главных предназначений в музыке вообще.

The «NORMAtive ACTION» project was launched in January 2021. Communicating with different musicians with whom I wanted to do this project, I came to the conclusion that each of them, speaking about music and worldview, relies on their internally formed norms. I often heard absolutely polar beliefs, but they were certainly supplemented by the words «this is normal for me». While working on the album, each of the musicians wanted to share their beliefs, which is comparable to the essence of this or that action.

While working on the album, I was strongly influenced by Vladimir Sorokin’s novel «NORMA». It is amazing how different tastes and beliefs can find commonality in music, I am convinced that it is in the case of such collaborations that something new can be born in our time, but, of course, there are exceptions.

The album consists of three parts: the first is a single story, where one image smoothly flows into another, starting with a meditative immersion and ending with something in the spirit of free rock. In the second part of the album, all participants interact with the world of Vladimir Martynov and Sergey Letov. In this part there is a composition called «NORMAtive ACTION». It was recorded with the idea of ​​a complete absence of this or that artistic concept, in fact it was a jam session. It was felt that everyone had gone beyond the usual framework in order to let themselves go into free creativity. The third part of the album was recorded after several concerts played by the same line-up. The pianist and composer Alexey Nadzharov joined us. I remember the day of this recording, and my state: all my experiences, painful memories associated with this period were revealed. After recording, it became much easier for me, this work had a therapeutic effect, which I see as one of the main purposes in music in general.
